Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Background in a local service-based company is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Certification in Salesforce or relevant modules is a plus.
